Heddon Musky Surfusser Lure

The Heddon Musky Surfusser Lure was first introduced in 1937. This antique lure of Heddon of Dowagiac Michigan, was given a model series number 350. The antique lure made of wood measured 4″ in length. The lure had glass eyed a forward line tine and a forward and rear inscribed propellers. This large and fat fishing lure was fished on the top of the water. This Heddon Musky antique fishing lure was meant to fish for large game fish such as musky and northern pike and had large treble hooks to secure its catch once caught. The front large hook was held by an oversize toilet seat hook rigging and the rear used the large screw eye. The lure shown is in the Strawberry Spot color, however was offered in a few handfuls of standard colors.
